Shipping Policy
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
1. How can we enjoy free shipping policy?
Both shipping costs and shipping method should be subject to what is stated on Payment Page, and this may vary for different delivery destinations.
Free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more (Affected by Covid-19, we cancel this policy because of the rising shipping fee).
2. How soon will I receive my package after placing my order?
Daily Archive will send you an Order Confirmation email when you place an order online. After shipping your items we will email you your tracking number to follow the progress of your order online. You can also log-in to your account in 【Orders】 to view the status.
There are two key factors that will affect when you will receive your package.
1) Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually it is around 5 to 10 working days to dispatch your items.
Note: The pre-order(s) may be longer to prepare your products and the processing time would be longer than 10 working days. We will explain on the pre-sale product page.
2) Shipping Time: Delivery time varies with shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from. You can also check the following table for more details about the delivery time:

- Shipping time will be affected by longer customs clearance times or public holidays. If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly email us for some help.
- To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order. Payment of these charges or taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Daily Archive.
